Program ManagerClare Bath is the Program Manager at Reimpower, bringing a wealth of experience in managing research activities on international democratization, conflict transformation, and social movements. She holds a BA in Political Science and History from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and an MA in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Sociology at the University of Notre Dame. Clare excels in analyzing and summarizing complex data into accessible reports, enabling clients to effectively design, monitor, evaluate, and implement impactful programs.
Mowlid Hassan
Operation and REALM CoordinatorMowlid Hassan serves as the Operation and REALM Coordinator at Reimpower Consultancy, focusing on enhancing operations and using data to make informed decisions. He has a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Mowlid supervises research projects, conducts data analysis, and prepares reports. He has spearheaded initiatives funded by UNICEF, FCDO, DANIDA, and USAID. His strong skills in research, evaluation, planning, and coordination make him an invaluable team member.

Business Development ManagerJoshua Odhiambo is an experienced business development professional at Reimpower. He has over 10 years of experience in Research Methods and Statistics and holds B.Sc. degrees in Horticultural Science and Management, Research Methods, and Statistics. He excels in establishing partnerships, driving initiatives, and program analysis. His research interests include climate change and resilience studies.
Ismail Magan
MERL & Data Analysis OfficerIsmail Magan is the MERL & Data Analysis officer at REIMPOWER Consultancy. With extensive experience in Somalia, he has overseen impactful consultancy projects involving data management, program evaluation, and community needs assessment. Ismail has collaborated with global organizations such as UNICEF, WHH, and FCDO, utilizing his data analysis and communication skills to drive practical solutions. He holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Hargeisa and is well-versed in social science research methods. Ismail is dedicated to evidence-based interventions, and enhancing community outcomes as a respected consultant.
Muna Toosane
Community Engagement and Communication Manager at REIMPOWERMuna Toosane is the Community Engagement and Communication Manager at REIMPOWER Consultancy. With over 8 years of content creation experience, she holds Bachelor's degrees in Journalism, Mass Communications, and Public Administration. Muna has worked with organizations such as World Vision Somalia, HarHub, and BBC Media Action Somali, and held key roles at Somaliland's Ministry of Information. She is known for fostering community engagement and was named Journalist of the Year in 2018 and 2019 by SOLJA and WIJA.
Rashida mohamoud
Fieldwork Manager at REIMPOWERRashida Mohamoud is a seasoned field researcher at Reimpower Consultancy, a social enterprise operating in Somalia and Somaliland. With a robust educational background in Law and Social Work and extensive experience as a Legal Aid and Licensing Lawyer, she brings valuable expertise to her role. At Reimpower, Rashida employs a collaborative research methodology to ensure the efficacy of interventions that prioritize affected communities.
Hodan mohamoud
Admin and Finance Officer at REIMPOWERHodan Mohamoud is our capable Admin and Finance Officer at Reimpower Consultancy, where she effectively manages all administrative and financial operations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Admas University and has extensive experience. Hodan has worked with Tima'ade University as an Admin and Finance Officer and as an Admin and Finance Assistant at Handhis Youth Forum. Her duties include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining financial records, processing payroll, and assisting in budget preparation.
